Iceberg Illusion

The Iceberg Illusion is a perfect example of everything we cover in our course. For a start it shows that what people see is only the tip of the Iceberg and assume a child is talented. They do not see the hardwork and effort that goes on for someone to be successful.

We teach that success comes through learning and challenging ourselves. It requires us to first break down our goal into smaller subtasks. These then require effort, persistence and hard work. We won't always succeed in our first attempt and so it will take regular deliberate practice.
